Top Notch Criminal Defense Attorney

Several years ago I was arrested for numerous misdemeanor counts. The arrest was devastating to me both personally and professionally and I have lost more in this process than I would like to share on this post. Through this awful, several year ordeal, I was amazed at the number of unscrupulous defense attorneys out there who are just using their clients for a quick payday. These type of attorneys are sadly the norm and they DO NOT actually care about you or your case, they care about how quickly they can make a buck. Thus it is imperative to find counsel that truly has your back. Ian is the epitome of what you want from a defense attorney.

Through a not so positive experience with prior counsel, I learned a very important lesson. That lesson is to interview several defense attorneys even though you feel like there is no time and your back is against the wall. Choosing the right defense attorney makes all the difference. It makes all the difference in a few aspects, the first is that a defense attorney should not only be intelligent, experienced, confident and highly rated but they should be genuine and truly have your best interests in mind as well.

Its these qualities coupled with his skills as a defense attorney that separate him from the pack.

Ian in this difficult case navigated a very difficult prosecutorial agency while at the same time calming my anxiety as this all unfolded. Ian prepared me for trial, prepared himself for trial and counseled me about what to expect every step of the way. Ian has such a good way with people and makes you feel calm despite the storm surrounding you. Ian manages stress and anxiety well (like singing Prince before his closing) and through this management helped me also deal well with all the stress and anxiety of going through a criminal trial. In the end and through Ian’s hard work and passion he not only connected well with the Jury but he made sure that justice was served and that all the false allegations and charges were brought to light.

Ian through a successful Jury trial had all charges result in either an acquittal or dismissal. I can’t say enough positive things about Ian and for anyone reading this just know that Ian is truly good people and one of the good guys. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
