Mr. Wallach is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, as well as the bars of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and has argued before the 9th and 2nd Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as appellate courts in New York and California.
